I founded Imagine Life Design to provide coaching services to individuals seeking a higher level of satisfaction in both their personal lives and their careers.  I soon discovered that these coaching principals could be applied at the business level to dramatically enhance job satisfaction and productivity.

I bring more than 25 years of experience as a media professional to my practice.  Most recently as Vice President and General Manager for the nation’s leading Spanish language Media Company, my expertise in organizational development, team building, strategic planning and leadership provide her with a platform for positive change in a professional environment.

I combines both my Corporate and Life Coach expertise to teach forward thinking organizations how to leverage individual differences and varying work styles to attract and retain top talent; increase productivity and boost profitability. I also provide individual Executive Coaching services to Leaders seeking a higher level of success and satisfaction in their careers.

I have an B.A. in Liberal Arts and Spanish from Northeastern Illinois University and studied abroad in Mexico at the Instituto Cuauhnahuac in Cuernavaca Morelos.   I am fully bilingual and bicultural.  My years of involvement with the Hispanic Community provide a unique perspective when dealing with the diversity of a 21st century workforce.  I was a nominee for GM of the Year by Radio Ink magazine and led my team to win Market of the year in 2005. I held the highest profit margins in my division company wide from 2005-2009 and successfully localized a network format resulting in over $2million of savings when applied companywide.
