What is Life Coaching? Life coaching is a practice that helps people identify and achieve personal goals. Martha Beck, world renown Life Coach, Best Selling Author and “O” Magazine columnist describes her coaches as “personal trainers for your soul, they help you to access your own inner guidance and plot the course to your right life. “ In short, life coaches are trained individuals who partner with you to discover what may be missing in your life, help you to reach your full potential personally, professionally and spiritually. Why might I need a Life Coach?  The best way to answer this question if for me to share with you why I sought out a coach. Quite a few years ago, I was deeply in debt and unable to change my patterns around money. I worked with a coach who helped me to find answers to why I was stuck and guided me toward financial freedom in my life. A few years later, I was feeling trapped and unfulfilled in my career. What is the difference between a Life Coach and a Therapist? A life coach is to a therapist what a personal trainer is to a physician. In other words, life coaching helps healthy people reach further, shoot higher and attain more satisfaction in their lives.

How does it work? Schedule a complimentary 30-minute session and we will begin to work together to assess your needs. We typically meet via telephone. Skype is available and if you live in the Phoenix area, we can meet in person. Sessions are treated with the utmost in confidentiality.
