During a recent weekend, my eldest daughter asked that I teach her and her family to meditate.
To say that I was thrilled would be an understatement. After some instruction, I got to watch them all to sink into relaxation, breathe deeply and drift into bliss.
They seemed to enjoy it and vowed to develop a practice. As a certified Meditation teacher, I get the opportunity to see people change, shift and to transform as they practice regularly.
It is a beautiful thing to witness.
Each time I teach, I get reminded that many people do not know the benefits of meditation.
